Alternative Christmas Tree Ideas

If you haven't yet put up your Christmas tree, why not take inspiration from Ideas Magazine and Notebook Magazine and do something different this year!

Make a dessert Christmas tree by stacking meringues or mini doughnuts on top of each other. Or how about painting one on the wall? A branch or even a potted plant decorated with Christmas ornaments make a cheap and creative alternative to the traditional tree.

Use your imagination, and let me know what your creative Alternative Christmas Tree Ideas are this year by leaving a comment!  Happy decorating! xx

Edible Christmas Gift Ideas

I loved these wonderful easy-to-make edible Christmas gift ideas I found on Homelife.

Treat someone to some handmade Toasted Muesli in adorable stamped brown paper packages.

Chocolate truffles make a decadent gift that not many could resist. For a beautiful finishing touch, package them in some vintage tins lined with pretty paper or hand-cut baking paper.

Jar up some delicious mixed berry jam.

Whip up some handmade gingerbread people.
